Yes. For newcomers without significant prior experience or olive oil sommelier training, we offer an introductory module at no extra cost. This module is designed to fast-track participants, bridging the knowledge gap and ensuring they are well-prepared to fully engage in the course. The curriculum remains accessible to all, yet still provides in-depth lessons. Our instructors offer step-by-step guidance to help you build a strong foundation.
No formal prerequisites are required. Simply bring your enthusiasm for learning and a passion for olive oil. We’ll provide all the resources you need during the course.
Our program follows rigorous educational standards and is accredited by CPD to ensure recognized quality and learning outcomes. We also provide a recognized certificate of completion.
The course will be held in a sunlit, easily accessible classroom space at the prestigious NEW Hotel in Athens, specially arranged for this event.

Tuition covers all course materials, olive oil samples for tasting, and a chef-curated lunch each day of the course.

Participation in the Future of Olive Oil Summit (FOOS) Knowledge & Networking Event
A certificate of completion
A curated welcome dinner on Monday evening
A cocktail Networking FOOS dinner
A field visit (with necessary transportation)
If you cancel your registration at least one calendar month before the start of the Program (for example, by 1st of October for a course starting in November, regardless of the specific day), a refund will be issued, minus a cancellation fee of CHF 100.00.
If we must cancel the course, you will receive a full refund.
If the course is rescheduled or postponed, you can maintain your enrolment or receive a full refund.
