What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

• If you cancel your registration at least one calendar month before the start of the Program (for example, by 1st of October for a course starting in November, regardless of the specific day), a refund will be issued, minus a cancellation fee of CHF 100.00.
 • If we must cancel the course, you will receive a full refund.
 • If the course is rescheduled or postponed, you can maintain your enrolment or receive a full refund.
